Why Hypnotherapy
It all began when these crows started showing up at my job. Every single morning, they would stare at me and “caw”. One time they even flew over my car and pecked on my roof. I know exactly why they were there. I needed to make a change in my life, I needed to make a difference, but I just didn’t know how. A few months later, I was wondering what I could do. I just wasn’t happy with where I was or what I was doing. Thats when I found this book by Dolores, Cannon, and it has changed my life and views for the better.
I then enrolled into what I think is the best school for hypnotherapy. This was an intensive school, not just a weekend class, this was a year full (and the second year is my Psych degree in mind and body) of information for me to become someone who I think can change a lot of lives for the positive.
Hypnotherapy is very much misunderstood. When I told my loved ones that I was in school for this, they all were worried, and mistaken that I would “control their mind” or “quack like a duck”. Because of what Hollywood has shown what hypnosis is, people misunderstand what this amazing therapy can really do.
Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that uses guided relaxation, intense concentration and focus attention to achieve heightened awareness. In the state of hypnosis individuals are more open to suggestions which can change behaviors, perceptions and thoughts. We are a team that works together in these sessions. Its not a “snap of the fingers” kind of fix. You are going to want change in your life. But hypnosis success rate is pretty high, a whopping 93% success rate after 6 sessions as which was presented and written in the American Health magazine, and Alfred A. Barrios, PH.D provided recovery rates for different therapy’s. Hypnosis was at the top.
Hypnosis can help with a lot of different things. Reducing anxiety and stress, improving sleep, weight loss, Pain management, trauma healing, enhancing emotional healing, boosting self-healing, relationship issues, smoking, addiction, and so much more.
Why Hypnosis? It’s a noninvasive, drug-free approach to healing. It complements traditional medical treatments and provides holistic path to recovery. It offers a gentle yet efective way to manage the physical and emotional aftermath of trauma. Hypnotherapy sessions can be tailored to each indiviaduals specific needs, ensuring a personalized approuch to healing.
We all have times in life where we get stressed or depressed, its a natual thing in this day and age. Hypnosis has helped me and so many others become a better version of themself, in a positive way.
My ultimate goal in life is to help as many clients/people to get back to where they need to be or want to be. I’m such a positive person, and believe the mind is a powerful tool we can use. Our subconscious mind plays a pivotal role in shaping our thoughts, behaviors and life experiences. The potential of the mind, when unlocked, can lead to changing our lives and how we think and offering hope and inspiration for personal growth and mental well-being. I can wait to embark on this journey for myself and for others. My heart is big, and Im ready to bring back holistic ways for healing. It is more powerfull than we ever know.
